Amazon Brings Dozens of Free Movies to Mobile via the New IMDb App

Amazon first launched IMDb TV at the beginning of the year and now, it comes to mobile Android and iOS devices for free streaming…

This year, Amazon-owned IMDb rolled out an option to stream content for free on an ad-supported platform. But, it was relegated to the IMDb website, Prime Video, and Amazon Fire devices. Now, that’s changing with a new Android and iOS app.

Amazon IMDb TV App Debuts for Mobile Devices

The new IMDb TV app comes with dozens of titles, including movies and television. IMDb recently wrapped-up deals with Paramount and Lionsgate, expanding its content library.

There, viewers will find ColumboThe Karate KidThe Pursuit of HappynessKitchen Nightmares, and more.

While this certainly won’t go up against giants Netflix or Hulu, its nostalgic offerings make for a solid backup. The selection changes regularly, adding new titles to keep its library from stagnating.
