Twitter for Android just Caught Up with iOS, Now Supports Multiple List to Swipe Between

The Twitter mobile app for Android now lets users swipe seamlessly between different lists, bringing a feature previously only on iOS…

Last September, Twitter introduced a new function that allowed users on iOS to swipe between as many as five lists. However, the option didn’t appear on Android, leaving those users to dig through the menu system. Now, it’s here, bringing more parity between the two mobile platforms.

Twitter Lists are a convenient way to keep up with profiles that users don’t want to follow on the site. People can create lists that revolve around topics in which they’re most interested. TweetDeck has had the same tool for years, but it’s finally available on both mobile interfaces.

Twitter recently introduced a new “Continued Thread” feature that allows users to expand on previous tweets. The microblog also added reaction emoji to DMs back in January and is expected to add an option to limit replies.

Multiple lists for Twitter on Android is already rolling out and is now available in the Google Play Store.
