Twitter is now back on Mac machines, thanks to a new Catalyst-powered app, bringing the mobile experience to desktop for users…

Catalyst-Powered Twitter Mac App Debuts
First announced over the summer at this year’s WWDC event, the Twitter app for Mac is now available, free-of-charge, in the Apple Store.
This is for users who prefer the mobile version of the social microblog but want access on a larger screen and keyboard combination. It even supports dark mode but does not run live feed refresh. (For the latter, Tweetdeck or a third-party app will suffice.)
