FarmVille Game Shuts Down December 31st 2020
FarmVille was a simulation game. People played along, posting their progress on their Facebook timelines. For a considerable stretch of years, it was the most-played game on Facebook. However, with Adobe’s decision to stop distributing and updating its Flash Player for web browsers, the folks behind FarmVille believe it’s time to move on to other endeavors.
Developer Zynga wrote a brief goodbye to its loyal players, saying, “We’re aware that many of you have been with us since the very beginning, helping to build an incredible global community of players over the years who’ve enjoyed this game just as much as we have. For that we say thank you.”
