The Google My Business user portal is partially down, with some functions not working at the moment, including Google Posts…
Google My Business is down right now, at least, part of the site doesn’t work. The platform, which allows businesses to claim a location right on the SERP or search engine results page, is handy for posting operating hours, creating ads, and much more.

However, at this time, one of its most useful functions isn’t responding. Google Posts, an option which provides businesses with the ability to publish content that appears on the SERP, is currently down. Here’s a screenshot of it in action:
The search engine first introduced Google Posts in the Google My Business interface back in June of last year. Previously, the tool was only available to large organizations, celebrities, and professional athletic teams. But, Google opened it to all businesses.
These posts can contain things like limited offers, change or update hours, add a new location, manage messaging, see reviews and insights, and update other information. With Google Posts, business can also publish content directly to the SERP with CTAs or calls-to-action, like book a reservation, order online, buy, learn more, sign up, and get offer. Furthermore, business can also post events.
