There are four different ways to gain access to Apple TV Plus for free and here’s how to get it, free of charge, with some caveats…
Apple TV+ has officially joined the streaming service market. But, as with its competitors, people can’t watch it without reaching into their wallets. However, there are some ways to gain access for free.
How to Get Apple TV Plus for Free
Apple TV Plus costs $4.99 a month to watch original TV series and movies. Some of the titles have big names behind them, along with well-known actors.
At five bucks per month, it’s less expensive than most other streaming services. Still, it’s another expense. Here are four ways to get Apple TV Plus for free (with a few caveats, of course):
- Seven-day free trial. Like similar offers, this requires placing a debit or credit card on-file. Keep in mind, anyone who registers must cancel before the end of the free trial.
- Buy an Apple device. Purchase an iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Mac laptop, desktop, or Apple TV and get one year access free.
- Sign-up for an Apple Music student subscription. For qualified attendees of degree-granting universities and colleges, Apple Music student subscriptions run just $4.99, half of the regular price of $9.99. Sign-up for this music streaming service to get a year free of the video streaming service.
- Watch a limited number of episodes for free. Here’s a way to get access to Apple TV+ without paying anything out-of-pocket. Of course, it only applies to the first two episodes of its original TV series. And, it only works with the Apple TV app.
