Although Facebook has significantly changed how organic business marketing content appears on its network, it’s still delivering more targeted ways to reach specific audiences.
New Facebook Business Tools Introduced
Currently, there are more than 90 million small businesses on the platform. Facebook states it recognizes small business owners don’t necessarily have the time to dedicate to marketing.
In light of this, Facebook is rolling out automated ads, appointment management, as well as video editing:
“We know small businesses don’t always have the time or resources to gain marketing expertise, but that shouldn’t prevent you from creating ads that drive results.”
With automated ads, businesses can create as many as six different version of an ad. Facebook provides audience recommendations and budget suggestions, along with ad performance notifications.
Appointment management tools include accepting appointment requests online, sending customer reminders, customizing service lists, hours of operation, and appointment syncing.
Meanwhile, video editing tools include: automatic cropping, video trimming, and image and text overlays.
