The release of Sony’s PlayStation 5 will not only bring a new experience to gaming, it will also offer many streaming options. When the console goes on sale on Thursday, November 12th, it will up its current capabilities substantially. Of course, these include the most widely adopted, which is to say, the most popular streaming services across the planet right now.

Sony says that its PlayStation 5 console will support Disney Plus, Netflix, Crunchyroll, Spotify, Twitch, and YouTube. And, the company recently announced it plans to roll out the Apple TV app to most of its 2019 and 2020 model Android TVs. Plus, the company states the PS5 can access Amazon Prime Video, MyCanal, Hulu and NBC’s Peacock.

The PS5’s Media Remote includes dedicated buttons to Disney Plus, Netflix, Spotify and YouTube. Obviously, there’s the usual assortment of playback keys, as well. What’s more the remote sports a generous d-pad for easy navigation. The PS5 Media Remote actually looks quite a bit like the new Chromecast remote, with a slick, oblong white color, and grey lettering.
