For the month of February 2017, social media enterprise publishers increased video content significantly. According to the latest data by Shareablee, the top brands on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube placed high priority on social media marketing.
Top U.S. Social Media Publishers Based on Total Actions
Ranked by total user actions, which include reactions, likes, shares, comments, retweets, and dislikes, these brands dominated social media platforms for consumers in the United States.
Super Street Magazine led the automotive category, Business Insider topped business and finance, Unilad ranked highest in entertainment, Scary Mommy came first in family, Hypebeast took fashion and style, while Tasty lead the food category. Additionally, USA Today ranked the best in general news, Nifty lead home and garden, Complex topped men’s interest, with National Geographic ranking highest in nature.
The Hill, The Verge, Bleacher Report, Teen Vogue, National Geographic Travel, and Cosmopolitan all topped politics, science and technology, sports, teen, travel, and women’s interest and lifestyle, respectively. Collectively, these sixteen brands alone published 56,601 videos, garnering billions of user actions. Unilad took the most video views, with more than 2.56 billion alone.
