WhatsApp dark mode? Yes; it appears that is indeed the case, according to a tweet sent out by WABetainfo. WhatsApp is already brimming with helpful user features. Some include group chat, multi-platform support, video calling, and a whole lot more. However, the communication app has long lacked in one aspect. It’s never had a dark mode for Android or iOS. Now, that appears it’s on its way.
WhatsApp Dark Mode might Soon Debut
The crew at WABetainfo recently performed an APK teardown. (For those unfamiliar, this is a behind-the-scenes peek at the latest code of a mobile app.) And, there are strings supporting dark mode in the most recent versions of the application:

Although the code does exist in the latest versions of WhatsApp, this doesn’t necessarily mean it will make its way to full, stable release. But, it’s highly probable the option will eventually become available to all users.
