Newest Windows 10 Preview Supports Android Phone Calls on Desktop

Most recent Windows 10 Preview now supports Android phone calls on desktop and it’s no longer restricted to Samsung mobile devices…

Microsoft now offers Your Phone calling support for more mobile devices. With the launch of the Windows 10 Insider Preview for Fast ring testers, comes the ability to handle phone calls from personal computers.

Windows 10 Preview includes Android Phone Calls on Desktop

With the latest software is the ability to make and answer phone calls on desktop, in-tandem with an Android mobile device.

The handheld must be running Android 7.0 Nougat or later. Also, it requires the Yor Phone Android app, along with Bluetooth support.

With those elements in place, calls can be made from an in-app dialer or through contacts. Incoming calls can likewise be sent to voicemail or responded to with a text message.

Users shouldn’t expect flawless experiences, though. Glitches are likely to pop-up, because it’s unstable, pre-release software.
